We are a team of planners with multi-disciplinary backgrounds to bring a range of perspectives in identifying the most appropriate, actionable, and sustainable solutions to our clients' most pressing problems. We approach every project with implementation as the goal, so we hit the ground running with our direct approach to finding success.
Sean is an economic developer, land strategist, strategic planner, facilitator, and revitalization expert. He leads a team of planners and analysts in providing strategic advice and direction to public and private sector clients.
A transformational experience in Africa with the Peace Corps as well as hands-on development and revitalization experience at home in East Austin, Texas has helped shape Sean and Pegasus to become a mission-driven firm focused on making a difference in our communities.
Sean has an undergraduate degree in Anthropology from George Washington University and a Masters from UT Austin in Community & Regional Planning. He is on the boards of CNU-Central Texas, Chestnut Neighborhood Revitalization Corporation, and the YMCA. Sean was recognized by his graduate alma mater (UT-Austin) for "Outstanding Work in the Field of Community Engagement."
Catherine serves as the Project Manager for Pegasus. She has extensive experience in urban planning, conducting qualitative research, and facilitating public outreach. Recently, Catherine lead the creation of a TOD regulating plan for Horizon City, TX. For this project, she led the public outreach efforts which involved facilitating various focus groups with elected officials, developers and residents. Her track record shows that Catherine is dedicated to ensuring that stakeholders are heard and represented in the planning process.
Additionally, Catherine is a GIS professional, with experience in demographic and environmental analysis. Catherine has a dual master’s in Urban Planning and Global Sociocultural Studies.
Erasmo is an analyst, planner, and urban economist. He is the lead strategist for Pegasus, managing economic impact models, market feasibility studies, revitalization strategies, and land development projects. Erasmo brings with him five years of experience working with planning, public policy, and community engagement firms as well as development agencies in Austin and Latin America.
Additionally, Erasmo has ample experience in the field of urban design, developing several master-planned communities and site design projects. Erasmo earned a Master's degree in Community and Regional Planning from the School of Architecture of the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with Departmental Honors from his Bachelor's Degree in Urban Economics and minor in Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.
