His work with cities nationwide—guiding downtown transformation, shaping housing strategies, and supporting business recruitment—has made Pegasus a trusted partner in community development for decades.

Yuneisa P. Rodriguez
Yuneisa brings a remarkable record as a successful entrepreneur, having launched and grown multiple businesses in both Cuba and the United States. Her insight into business creation, operations, and market strategy strengthens Pegasus’ development advisory practice and introduces a global, resilient perspective to the team.

Chloe Ray
Currently pursuing her Master’s in Urban Planning at the University of Texas at Austin, Chloe contributes a fresh, research-driven planning perspective. With extensive experience in nonprofit management, she blends community-oriented leadership with analytical planning skills—enhancing Pegasus’ capacity to support equitable, mission-aligned development.
